Attach this technology to shopping carts and if someone takes it, it will return to the store. The obvious limit is where do we draw the line on how advanced we let the the brain develop, and if it's before or after it stops us from interfering with the experiment. Perhaps we will see Robocop after all. But then why do we need traffic cops if the cars themselves can learn to avoid certain situations. The possibilites are endless.
